Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home is accessed by a steep gravel road and driveway. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended year-round and are required November–March. Chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months. Low-riding vehicles are NOT advised year-round.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31–59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The reservation holder must be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (20 pounds or less) with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
